Why does my child need therapy?
- All children learn differently and sometimes children need a different approach to learning. Sometimes children have behaviors or developmental disorders that interfere with learning. Behavior therapy structures learning to make it easier for children who have special needs.
How many hours per week of therapy does my child need?
- Every child is different. We usually recommend starting off with two to four hours of therapy every week and adapting as needed for the child. Usually, the more therapy a child receives, the more progress there is.
How long will my child need therapy?
- The rate of progress for each child is dependent on many factors, including how many hours of therapy they receive, the severity of the childs needs, their learning outside of therapy, etc. An estimate can be provided after a thorough assessment of your child.
